I’m trained in Ashtanga Yoga and authorised to teach the Primary and Intermediate Series. I am also trained in therapeutic and Menopause yoga. 


I  tailor sessions to meet your individual needs.With breath-led movement, you’ll build a practice that supports your body, calms your nervous system, and fits naturally into your lifestyle.


Together, we’ll create something manageable, enjoyable, and truly yours — a practice you look forward to.

My offerings include:

Yoga Therapy

  • A holistic, personalised approach that meets you where you are and supports you in feeling better through gentle, targeted practice.

Absolute Beginners Yoga 

  • A calm, accessible introduction for those new to yoga.

Menopause Yoga 

  • Specialised support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. f you’re approaching or navigating menopause and struggling with symptoms, we can shape a practice that helps you feel more like you again.

One‑to‑One Ashtanga 

  • Ideal for adapting your practice through injury, pregnancy, menopause, or for developing and refining your existing practice.

One to One classes cost £55 for one hour 

5 week block of 1 hour classes £250

Yoga Therapy - a Holistic approach

Using a traditional holistic approach to the whole person, Yoga therapy uses the tools of yoga, such as postures (asanas), Breath (pranayama) meditation, and lifestyle guidance, to support mental, and emotional health and wellbeing.


Looking at 10 different areas of your life, we will work together to build a personalised set of practices tailored  to your specific needs.


Using a therapeutic approach to teaching yoga, taking a holistic approach,  I will tailor a session to suit your needs. Meeting you where you are at.


I will gently guide you, using your breath as a base, towards an energising and empowering practice.


Using the breath as a powerful method to calm your nervous system and move your body, you will gently build a practice that suits your individual body and lifestyle.


We can create a practice that is manageable and enjoyable for you so that you look forward to rolling out your mat and looking after yourself.

Sometimes, Just having some individual attention to your practice can work wonders

You may want to start your journey with some one to one teacher input so that you  feel  confident to attend  a class.


You may be pregnant and not want to give up your energetic practice yet so I can guide you through the modifications needed in an ashtanga class so that you can still practice.


You may simply just want to move your practice forwards with a bit of individual attention.


I have 28 years of personal daily practice and 14 years of teaching experience so I understand these postures and how they present in a normal body.
